Projecting oneself to visibility

Networking & visibility are two important things that bring the right people together. I've often heard people say that one must not speak of himself and that only others should. Well, I respectfully stay indifferent to that statement. The reason is because of my belief that one's progress must begin from self then spread across similar to the saying charity begins at home. It is the inception of one's visibility leading to networking which could pave the way for collaboration. Examples: starting from beginning to accomplishments - a resume to an autobiography - are self projections. Everyone must learn to project themselves in the right way for a purpose to be successful. Who else could best describe you than yourself. Of course, boasting to satisfy ones own ego is not gona get anyone anywhere.

I believe that knowledge is useless if it cannot be acted upon. Action brings experience which leads to maturity. So, I see this as a personal log sharing my experiences & views, welcoming networks and seeking opportunities towards mutual maturity.
